Adobe Premiere Pro is a professional video editing program.

Usage

Timeline

To replace a clip: Hold Alt and drag from the bin.
If you want to keep the in and out points, hold Shift+Alt as you drag.

Shapes

Reference You can add shapes to a video. To generate a circle, add a transparent video. Then add a circle effect (under Video Effects, Generate, Circle) to the video

Side by side video

Reference
Add a crop effect (Video Effects->Transform->Crop) to the video and set the effect to 50%.

Captions

In the project panel, hit new->caption-> open caption.
