Tone.js is a library for handing audio in the browser.
Background
Transport
See Docs:Transport
The Transport is a singleton object used for timing musical events.
At the beginning you need to start it with Tone.Transport.start()
.
Part
To schedule events such as notes, you can directly schedule them onto the Transport or you can use a Part.
Using a Part allows you to independently start, stop, and loop a set of events.
The Part constructor takes in a function with signature (time, value) => {} and a list of events.
Each event is a [time, value] pair.
Note that Part is timed using Transport and is affected by the state of the global Transport.
